We have negotiated special fares with American, United, Delta, Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines. Additional discounts on Continental and Northwest are available through Montgomery Travel.

Certain conditions must be met in order to qualify for these discounts:

• Must be attending a UCSF Postgraduate Radiology course or traveling with an attendee
• Must book the fare through a travel agent or through the individual airline's meeting desk 800 number. *
• Must use the applicable tour code

5% discount on any published fare, anytime. This includes first class.
10% discount on any published fare booked 60 days prior to travel.

Special round-trip Zone Fares are also available for the cities and dates in which the UCSF meetings are being held. There is no Saturday night stay required. Only seven days advanced reservations and ticketing. Fares are fully refundable less administrative service fee. Please contact the airline meeting desk or Montgomery Travel Service for a comparison of zone vs. published fares to fit your needs.

Arrangements have been made with Hertz Rent A Car for special rates and discounts during UCSF Radiology conferences (as well as one week before and after the conference). Call the Hertz Convention Desk at 1+800/654-2240 for reservations. Be sure to identify the UCSF Radiology meeting or Visiting Fellowship Program and give the meeting CV number. Rental cars are recommended when traveling to Hawaii as resorts and sights are often isolated.
