Moffit/Long Hospital | Mt. Zion | China Basin Moffit/Long Hospital Radiology Department The UCSF Moffit/Long Radiology Department is a full service radiology department. The department provides diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing new technology and state-of-the-art equipment. The department is open 24 hours/7 days a week.
Results:Results are transcribed within 24 hours. Please contact your physician for your results of your examination. If you are seeking a second opinion or seeing another physician and you would like to have your films sent to that physician, you may download the Authorization for Release of Medical Information Form. Fill the form out and sign it and mail it back to: UCSF Mt. Zion Radiology Outpatient Center The UCSF/Mt. Zion Radiology Outpatient Center is a full service imaging center. The department provides the following services: MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Interventional and Xray. The department provides diagnostic and invasive procedures with new technology and state-of-the-art equipment.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
UCSF Imaging Center-China Basin The UCSF China Basin Imaging Center is an outpatient imaging center. The department provides the following services: CT, MR and Bone Densitometry. Housed on site is San Francisco's first 3T MRI. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
