Directions
From the East Bay - Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, and Alameda Counties take highway 80 to the
Bay Bridge. From the Bay
Bridge, stay in the second lane from right. Take the Mission St. /Fell St. exit. Stay in left
lane (marked Fell St. / Laguna St.) and exit on Fell Street. On Fell Street, stay in the far
right lane and drive about two miles (stay in the right lane when Fell Street curves to the
left). At the end of Fell Street, turn left onto Stanyan Street. Stay in the left lane, proceed up
the hill and turn right onto Parnassus. UCSF is at the top of the hill. The entrance to the
public parking garage is on the right.
From Marin and Sonoma Counties take highway 101 or highway 1 to the Golden Gate Bridge.
From the Golden Gate Bridge, take the 19th
Avenue exit (on right 1/4-mile after toll plaza) onto Park Presidio Drive. Stay in the right
lanes as you pass through Golden Gate Park onto 19th Avenue, where no left turns are
allowed. Go three blocks, turn right on Kirkham, right on 20th Avenue, and right (east) on
Judah. Follow Judah up the hill to UCSF. Judah becomes Parnassus at 5th Avenue. The
entrance to the public parking garage is on the left.
From the South Bay take highway 101 North (Bayshore Freeway). Stay in the left
lane and follow the signs to the Golden Gate Bridge; exit on Fell Street. On Fell Street stay
in the far right lane and drive about two miles (stay in the right lane when Fell Street curves
to the left). After exiting Fell Street, turn left onto Stanyan Street. Proceed up the hill and
turn right onto Parnassus. UCSF is at the top of the hill. The entrance to the public parking
garage is on the right.
From the Peninsula take highway 280 north. Stay in the left lanes and take the
Golden Gate Bridge exit onto 19th Avenue (north). Proceed in the right lanes and turn right
(east) on Judah Street. Follow Judah up the hill to UCSF. Judah becomes Parnassus at 5th
Avenue. The entrance to the public parking garage is on the left.
Patient/Visitor Drop-Off Patients can be dropped off at the circle in front of Moffitt
Hospital. Although there is no parking in the circle, this is the most convenient entrance to
the Medical Center. Enter through the center doors and turn left. The Admitting Office
(Room M140) is the second door on the left. Public parking is available across the street on
Parnassus Avenue and on Kirkham Avenue.

Directions:
From the main UCSF Campus (Parnassus):
Drive east on Parnassus to Stanyan and turn left.
Follow Stanyan to Oak Street and turn right.
Follow Oak to Franklin and turn left, move to the right hand lane.
Make the first right on Fell Street and cross Market Street.
On the south side of Market, this becomes 10th Street.
Continue south on 10th to Folsom Street and turn left.
Follow Folsom to 4th Street and turn right.
Continue south to King and turn left.
Turn right at 3rd Street (AT&T Park) and immediately after crossing Berry Street, enter the China Basin parking lot on the right. Follow parking garage signs to the Valet booth. Go upstairs and enter the building at lobby 7.
From UCSF Mount Zion:
Drive east on Bush Street (two blocks north of the Hospital) to Hyde Street and turn right.
Follow Hyde south and cross Market Street.
On the south side of Market, this will become 8th Street.
Continue south on 8th to Folsom Street and turn left.
Follow Folsom to 4th Street and turn right.
Continue south to King and turn left.
Turn right at 3rd Street (AT&T Park) and immediately after crossing Berry Street, enter the China Basin parking lot on the right. Follow parking garage signs to the Valet booth. Go upstairs and enter the building at lobby 7.
From the Bay Bridge:
Exist the westbound Bay Bridge at Fremont and turn left at the end of the ramp.
Turn left at the next opportunity, Howard Street.
Go about one block and turn left at 2nd Street.
Follow 2nd Street south to King Street and turn right.
Turn left at 3rd Street (AT&T Park) and immediately after crossing Berry Street, enter the China Basin parking lot on the right. Follow parking garage signs to the Valet booth. Go upstairs and enter the building at lobby 7.
From SFGH:
Take Potrero Avenue north and after crossing under the freeway, it will become Brannan Street. Follow Brannan to 4th Street and turn right.
Continue south to King and turn left.
Turn right at 3rd Street (AT&T Park) and immediately after crossing Berry Street, enter the China Basin parking lot on the right. Follow parking garage signs to the Valet booth. Go upstairs and enter the building at lobby 7.
From Highway 280:
Follow 280 North and exit at King Street.
Continue on King to 3rd Street and turn right (AT&T Park) and immediately after crossing Berry Street, enter the China Basin parking lot on the right. Follow parking garage signs to the Valet booth. Go upstairs and enter the building at lobby 7.
